Highly personalized one-to-one coaching helps top talent leverage their strengths and core competencies with context-driven support. A typical executive coaching program lasts 12-months or longer. Individuals are assessed with a custom battery of instruments to guide the coaching as appropriate.
You and Dethorn will meet either weekly or twice a month for a one-on-one executive coaching session where we work to increase your executive leadership effectiveness and capacity. Group Coaching
Dethorn supports you in your demanding business environment by facilitating a program that includes group coaching and 1-1 executive leadership coaching sessions (via video conference) for a cohort of 8-15. This leadership development program is delivered over three months.
