About me
As a first-generation graduate of Howard University, Dethorn earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Health Management. After graduation Dethorn taught English as a ESL teacher in China. Upon his return, he joined a fortune 100 company many of us appreciate and use to earn cash back rewards, where he rapidly climbed the leadership ladder, reaching the Assistant Vice President level at the age of 26. During his time at Capital One Bank, Dethorn led diverse teams into prolonged periods of growth and innovation.
